Yes. Follow these steps:
- Download the W-8BEN.
- Complete the W-8BEN (see W-8BEN instructions), sign it, and fax it to (562) 343-9696 OR email it to w8@creationswap.com.
- After receiving the W8BEN we will review it for approval and send confirmation e-mail upon completion.
Please note that we will need you to provide a US Taxpayer Identification Number or Employer Identification Number (US TIN or EIN) on Line 6 of Part I on the W8BEN form before any treaty claim can be respected. We also request that you send us the copy of the letter from the IRS showing your TIN or EIN.
Getting an individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN): To apply for an ITIN, file Form W-7 with the IRS (Instructions for Form W-7). It usually takes 4-6 weeks to get an ITIN.

If you are not an individual or you are an individual who is an employer or you are engaged in a U.S. trade or business as a sole proprietor, you must enter an employer identification number (EIN). If you do not have an EIN, you should apply for one on Form SS-4 Application for Employer Identification Number (Instructions for Form SS-4).
